1. Introduction & Commitment

3. DMCA Compliance (17 U.S.C. § 512)

In compliance with the DMCA, IPTV Kopen Nu will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly;
  • Notify the content provider, member, or user that the material has been removed or access has been disabled;
  • Provide the content provider, member, or user with information regarding counter-notification procedures;
  • Terminate, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers.

4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;

  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. Content Removal Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, IPTV Kopen Nu will follow this process:

7. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following:

Required Elements for Counter-Notification

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the subscriber;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. The subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the subscriber’s address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which IPTV Kopen Nu may be found), and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, IPTV Kopen Nu will promptly provide the original complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification. The original complaining party then has ten (10) business days to file a court action seeking to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material. If IPTV Kopen Nu does not receive notice of such a court action within the specified period, we may, in our discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, IPTV Kopen Nu has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. IPTV Kopen Nu may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification, you may wish to contact an attorney to better understand your rights and obligations under the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Please also be advised that we will forward the complete DMCA notification, including your personal information, to the party that posted the allegedly infringing content, in accordance with our legal obligations.

10. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures

IPTV Kopen Nu accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, as defined in 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(2). These measures include technologies that are developed pursuant to a broad consensus of copyright owners and service providers in an open, fair, voluntary, multi-industry standards process, are available to any person on reasonable and nondiscriminatory terms, and do not impose substantial costs on service providers or substantial burdens on their systems or networks.

11. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

IPTV Kopen Nu does not host, upload, store, or transmit any copyrighted content on its servers. Our service provides access to third-party content that is freely available on the internet through publicly accessible APIs, streams, and content delivery networks. IPTV Kopen Nu does not control, curate, or modify the content provided by third-party sources. Any content accessible through our platform is the sole responsibility of the third-party provider.

12. Safe Harbor Statement

13. International Copyright Compliance

14. User Obligations

By using IPTV Kopen Nu’s services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will not use the service to infringe or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights;
  • You will not upload, distribute, or transmit any content for which you do not have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions;
  • You understand and accept that IPTV Kopen Nu may remove any content or terminate your access at any time for violation of this policy;
